Every guide, community, and tool we build is free — and it stays free. Donations exist for one reason: so this community can stand on its own, with the administration and the power to protect its people. When an African traveller is stranded, goes missing, or is wrongly imprisoned somewhere in Asia, the fund is what lets us act — and it's building toward a community travel-insurance program, so that whatever happens, no one faces Asia alone.

1Respect & community spiritCore
Treat every member with respect regardless of nationality, culture, religion, or background. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks of any kind result in an immediate ban. We are here to uplift one another.
2Personal posts — always freeFree
Sharing your personal experiences, travel stories, cultural challenges, discoveries, tips and tricks, hidden gems, or popular spots is always free and highly encouraged. This is the heart of our community.
3Business & promotional posts$1 per post
To keep the group spam-free, any account promoting a product, service, or business pays a $1 posting fee per post in advance, via Buy Me a Coffee or Facebook Pay. Once payment is confirmed, your post is approved within 24 hours.
4Events, hangouts & festivalsFree
Community events — hangouts, parties, open mics, festivals, cultural gatherings, or any live event — are welcome to post for free. We believe in building community, and event promotion is part of that mission.
5Auto-approval for loyal subscribersPerk
Subscribed members of 3+ consecutive months get business posts automatically approved at no cost. Loyalty earns access.
6No spam or repetitive postingRemoval
Posting the same content repeatedly, tagging unrelated people, or flooding the group results in post removal or a temporary ban. Quality over quantity, always.
7No misinformation or misleading contentRemoval
False information, scams, fake job offers, counterfeit documents or services, or any misleading content is removed immediately and the account banned. Always verify what you share.
8Relevant content onlyFocus
Posts must be relevant to the group's theme — life, culture, travel, business, and experiences as Africans living in or visiting Asia. Off-topic posts are removed without notice.
9Admin decisions are finalModeration
Admins and moderators have the final say on moderation. Disagree? Message the admin privately and respectfully — public arguments about moderation are not permitted.
10Payment instructionsHow-to
Before posting business content, send $1 per post via Buy Me a Coffee or Facebook Pay, then message the admin with proof of payment and your post content. Review and approval within 24 hours.
